NHS of Baltimore: Homeownership Counseling information

If you are a first time homebuyer, you may be required to earn a  homebuyer education certificate in order to participate in some of the state  and local incentive programs offered for first- time homebuyers. You can obtain  your certificate through us by attending one of our seminars and speaking with  a counselor one-on-one. Our HUD certified housing counselors can offer you responsible  quality advice.
