What's your Customer Retention Plan?

In home based business and direct sales, lead generation, follow up and customer retention are very important & key ingredients to your success.

Customer retention is what you do to keep or retain customers.  It can take the form of a loyalty program, excellent customer service or just regular contact from YOU, as a company representative.  Retaining customers means keeping them active with you!
In today's competitive business world and challenging economy, retaining your customer base is critical to your success.

Start keeping ways to contact your customer base electronically with email contacts lists.  I use iContact for keeping in contact with customers, partners and guests who attend all of my events.  It's very user friendly & You can try it for FREE!  Click here for a FREE trial membership.

Successful customer retention starts with the first contact an organization has with a customer and continues throughout the entire lifetime of a relationship. If you don't already, make sure you start gathering an email and phone list of your customers & prospects.

In the past, my Soul Purpose "TEEam" has used the following
8 Customer Retention Guidelines:

  • You Are your OWN customer! Buy products from yourself!!! Show & Share your products with your friends, after you've developed a personal testimony & love for what you are offering.
  • Keep Recruiting. Recruiting will force you to GROW your business.
  • Keep calling, texting & e-mailing to Follow up with previous customers.
  • Continue to offer Youngevity's Wellness products to all of your customers.  You should have wellness products on Auto-ship.
  • Start your own Personal Development training, first by participating in weekly Conference Calls….then by getting team partners on the calls with you.
  • Start Connecting with your “TEEam” & building relationships within (upline & downline).
  • Learn the Compensation Plan. Use it to your benefit & Teach it!
  • If you can’t change people….CHANGE people!
